Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer delivery all over Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where this service is available through the courier, customers may check their parcel before accepting delivery.

We strongly recommend checking your parcel upon delivery to make sure:

• The product received is correct
• The parcel has not been damaged during transit
• All items included in the order are present

Dastkaari also ships internationally. For international orders:

• Delivery charges are not included and are paid by the customer
• International orders must be paid in full in advance
• Shipping charges depend on the destination and package weight
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and courier services
• Any customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier's service.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed because of weather, public holidays, customs procedures, courier issues or other circumstances beyond Dastkaari's control.
